The following services are not covered under the program and will incur an additional charge:
- Spring clean-outs and/or fall shut-downs.
- Leak detection or repair.

Jay at the front desk has experience and knowledge to answer pond and fish questions and help you in building your own water feature and stocking it with koi and gold fish.
